ABOUT ALBA

Alba Ortega is a Hair and Make-up Artist from the Inland Empire of Southern California. She first joined Tenacity 8 Foundation in 2018 as a part of the Mastermind groups. After learning more about the vision of the Foundation, she wanted to become more involved. As Vice President of the Tenacity 8 Foundation, Alba is committed to it’s mission of guiding Women in becoming leaders in their own Profession.

In 2020, Alba opened her own salon suite during the pandemic after ten years of being in the industry. As a breast cancer survivor, she realizes the power her profession has on helping Women feel confident and beautiful, especially through hard times.  Alba is constantly taking classes from leaders in her industry to keep up to date with trends, to ensure her clients always have the best experience.

Alba is a Mom to four boys and resides in Moreno Valley, California. She serves on the board of Moreno Valley Little League and does volunteer work with different charities that have to do with children with special needs, including Autism Society Inland Empire and A Walk On Water. Alba has plans to open a salon where individuals with special needs and their caregivers, have a safe space to go and get the salon experience.
