ABOUT LAURA

Raised in a ‘Real Estate family’ in California, Laura understands the commitment it takes to thrive in Sales, resulting in Award-winning production three years in a row. Additionally, Laura was recently nominated for two Agent of the Year Awards, respectively.  Laura’s integrity is upmost important  and one of her core values in her Business. Laura’s strong problem-solving and negotiations has led to take on leadership roles in her field with past experience as a Lead Coach for previous Real Estate Firms, as well as a Leader to her clients and as the Founding President for Tenacity 8 Foundation.

Her passion and her dedication is to empower like-minded Women and take on different career fields by helping increase female leadership roles in small, medium and corporate level companies. Laura enjoys her pastime traveling with her family, physical activities such as Dance and Bootcamp classes and is the Wife of Optiva IT Owner Steve Diaz.
